The University at Buffalo Art Gallery has an educational mission to present and interpret temporary exhibitions that examine socio-political and cultural topics informing art practice. The UB Art Gallery is housed in a cultural events space and comprises 5,000 feet of exhibition space, including galleries on the first and second floors that each include video screening rooms. The Lightwell Gallery is a sky-lit 30-foot high space.
